Estimated delivery after shipping: United States 7–12 business days (most orders arrive in about 8 days), rest of the world 12–25 business days. International customs fees or import duties are paid by the buyer.
Sizing
Sizes are based on head circumference: Kids 48–54 cm (19–21 in), Adult 54–60 cm (21–23.6 in), with natural stretch. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Buying a gift? Most adults fit our Adult size.
Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email hello@knotwild.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or a size chosen at checkout — so if you're unsure about sizing, message us before ordering and we'll help you pick.
