Are your pieces really handmade?

Yes — every single one. Each Knotwild piece is hand-knotted to order by us, one stitch at a time. There's no factory and no warehouse of finished stock. That's also why small, natural variations in stitch, colour and shape are part of the charm — no two are exactly alike.

How long until my order ships?

Because each piece is made just for you, please allow 3–7 business days for us to crochet your item before it ships. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it's on its way.

How long does delivery take?

After shipping, estimated delivery is 10–20 business days within the United States and 12–25 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates and can vary with your local postal service.

Can I choose my own colours?

On most pieces, yes! Look for the colour options or a “Custom colour” choice on the product page — pick that and leave your colour wishes in the order notes at checkout. If you have a very specific palette in mind, email us first and we'll help.

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page lists sizing by head circumference (for example, Adult 54–60cm, Kids 48–54cm). Measure around the widest part of the head, just above the ears, and choose the closest match. Prefer a made-to-measure fit? Choose “Custom size” and pop your measurement in the notes.

How do I care for my crochet piece?

Hand wash gently in cool water with mild soap, gently press out excess water (don't wring), reshape and lay flat to dry away from direct heat and sun. Treated kindly, your piece will stay soft and lovely for years.

What's your return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email hello@knotwild.com within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. Because pieces are handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or the natural small variations of handmade work. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
