Refund & Returns Policy

Every Knotwild piece is hand-knotted to order in tiny batches — there is no warehouse of finished stock, so each item is made just for you. Because of this, our policy is built around that reality.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email hello@knotwild.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Change of mind

Because each piece is handmade to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen at checkout, or the natural small variations that make handmade items unique (slight differences in color, stitch, or shape are part of the craft, not defects).

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
