Production time

Every Knotwild piece is hand-knotted to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to make your item before it ships. Larger or custom orders may need a little longer — we'll let you know if so.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 10–20 business days
• Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — actual times can vary with the carrier and local postal service.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & import duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply).
