Care
Hand wash in cool water, gently reshape while damp and dry flat. Keep away from anything that could snag the yarn.

Estimated delivery after shipping: United States 7–12 business days (most orders arrive in about 8 days), rest of the world 12–25 business days. International customs fees or import duties are paid by the buyer.
Sizing
Sizes are based on head circumference: Kids 48–54 cm (19–21 in), Adult 54–60 cm (21–23.6 in), with natural stretch. Between sizes? Choose the larger one. Buying a gift? Most adults fit our Adult size.
Returns & exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email hello@knotwild.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or a size chosen at checkout — so if you're unsure about sizing, message us before ordering and we'll help you pick.

My most favorite hat for this winter. Very, very warm. Stunning. Amazing workmanship. I love the soft, almost fur feeling wool. Customer service was excellent. This will not be my only purchase from this store. Oh, did I mention, you can have this hat in any color you want. It is custom made, perfection!!
Soooooo soft! I want to live in it. Though it’s bigger than expected and the ears are not pointy enough unfortunately, but I’ll still be rocking it this fall and want to add some stones onto the ear rings it come with.
